This month marks two years since Myrtos Consultancy began its journey, a journey rooted in a simple but powerful belief that individuals with criminal records deserve more than second chances, they deserve meaningful opportunities, dignity, and the chance to contribute fully to society.
What started as a bold idea and a big risk, has developed into a consultancy that’s helped employers across the UK navigate inclusive hiring, challenge stigma, and build workplaces that are not only fairer, but stronger. From strategic advice to specialist workshops and services, we’ve worked side by side with organisations to turn good intentions into practical change.
