Dispelling fears and misconceptions,

In person or online

A 1-hour workshop which reduces fears and misconceptions about working with people who have a criminal record.

At the end of the workshop staff will feel more comfortable working alongside people who have a criminal conviction(s), will understand why it is beneficial for people who have a criminal record to work, and will have knowledge of key statistics related to the criminal justice system

The workshop is sensitive to people who may be survivors of crime or know people who are and will bring an element of peace to those who may struggle with the idea of working with someone who has a criminal record.
