Inclusive toolkit Hackathon
Esther was involved in a Hackathon to produce a toolkit for businesses outlining key steps or actions they can take to drive inclusion. This toolkit serves as an invaluable resource for start-ups, medium-sized companies, and large organisations, enabling them to foster inclusivity.

As a participant in ‘The Inclusive Hiring Model’ group, Esther effectively advocated on behalf of individuals with criminal convictions. She also highlighted businesses that serve as positive role models by actively hiring people with criminal records.
